Americans for Transparency brings the American people the truth from the public record: nonprofits, foreign influence, and the questions the public has been asking.
Americans Need to Know
In September 2025, three companies quietly filed sworn documents with the U.S. Department of Justice disclosing a coordinated influence operation funded by a foreign government and targeting American citizens. The filings reveal $14.1 million in contracts designed to geofence churches during Sunday worship, manipulate AI chatbot answers about the Bible, pay Christian influencers to spread undisclosed foreign-funded content, and integrate foreign agent operations directly into a major American broadcast network.
These are not allegations. They are sworn public filings with the DOJ's Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) unit. Every dollar amount, every company name, and every operational detail cited in our investigations comes directly from documents the registrants themselves submitted under penalty of perjury. Anyone can verify them.

State of Israel, via Havas, Pays Clock Tower X for U.S. Campaign to Combat Anti-Semitism, FARA Filing Shows
On 2026-10-21, Clock Tower X LLC filed informational materials for the State of Israel via Havas Media Germany GmbH: a Mark Ginsberg article headlined "Europe Is Buying Israeli Weapons Because Israel Knows How to Fight Tomorrow's Wars." A separate amendment filed the same day, signed by Brad Parscale, reports that Aaron Milhoan "terminated connection with the registrant on 10/16/2026."

Why This Matters — Legal Framework
IRS Code §501(c)(3) requires organizations to operate "exclusively" for their stated exempt purpose. Foreign expenditures unrelated to the domestic educational mission may raise questions about compliance.
22 U.S.C. §611 (FARA) requires any person acting as an agent of a foreign principal to register with the DOJ. The relationship between domestic nonprofits and FARA-registered entities warrants public examination.
CA Gov Code §12586 requires charitable organizations to use funds consistent with the charitable purpose for which they were solicited from California donors.
