The Exhibit AB filed August 29, 2025 attaches a Stagwell Global LLC schedule (signed April 28, 2025) for PR support "for HAVAS, on behalf of Lapam and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs", under the agreement between Havas and the Ministry, for a $600,000 fee. This proves Israel targets both political parties.
TCG registers under FARA — Stagwell's second Israel registration
Targeted Communications Global LLC (Stagwell subsidiary) registers under FARA for Israel media counsel, naming the Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs as its foreign principal. Its Exhibit AB filed August 29, 2025 names the principal as the Ministry of Tourism (LAPAM) "through Havas Media Group USA LLC" and states that TCG has no contract with the principal but a subcontractor agreement with Havas. Its supplemental statement for the six months to March 31, 2026 (filed June 30, 2026) reports $9,892,335.58 received from Havas Media Germany between October 28 and December 30, 2025. Combined with SKDK, Stagwell now has TWO entities registered as foreign agents for Israel.

SKDK Supplemental Statement — $150K received
SKDK's supplemental statement for the six months ending August 31, 2025 reports $150,000 received from the Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs for earned media services ($50,000 each on June 3, June 11 and July 8, 2025). It reports no disbursements: "Registrant was paid for services rendered and did not make disbursements or expend money on behalf of the foreign principal."

Bridges Partners LLC registers under FARA disclosing the 'Esther Project' — a $900,000 program paying Christian influencers $7,000 per pro-Israel social media post.
