Megamot Shalom serves as the operational entity through which Canary Mission's doxxing activities are conducted. Donations from US-based donors are funneled through an American nonprofit pass-through entity to Megamot Shalom in Israel, which then directs the operations targeting American citizens.

The use of an Israeli nonprofit structure creates a layer of separation between US donors and the operational activities, making it more difficult to trace funding and establish direct FARA liability. However, the formal DOJ FARA investigation request submitted on February 2, 2026 specifically addresses this structure.

Per foreign disclosures filed abroad, Canary Mission / Megamot Shalom received approximately $1 million in foreign donations in a single year — far exceeding what has been disclosed in U.S. tax filings, raising questions about possible evasion of US disclosure laws.
