SKDKnickerbocker LLC (commonly known as SKDK) is one of Washington DC's most prominent public relations and political consulting firms. The firm has deep roots in Democratic Party politics — its founding partners include Anita Dunn (former White House Senior Advisor to President Biden) and Hilary Rosen (prominent Democratic strategist and CNN commentator).

SKDK registered under FARA in early 2024 with a $600,000 direct contract with the Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Unlike the Havas pipeline entities, SKDK contracted directly with the Israeli government — representing an earlier, more direct model of Israel's US influence operations.

The contract was terminated early in August 2024. The reasons for early termination are not fully disclosed in FARA filings, but the timing coincides with Israel's shift toward the Havas intermediary model for its larger-scale US operations.

SKDK's involvement is critically significant because it proves that Israel's influence operations are BIPARTISAN. While Clock Tower X (Brad Parscale) and the TPUSA connections represent Republican-aligned influence, SKDK represents the Democratic side. This demonstrates that Israel targets both major US political parties simultaneously.

SKDK is now part of the Stagwell media conglomerate, which also owns Targeted Communications Global LLC (#7553) — another FARA-registered Israel contractor. This means Stagwell has multiple entities registered as foreign agents for Israel.
